Inspired by the writers' collectives I've been a part of over the years, in 2021, I opened Page Street SF, a co-working space exclusively for writers.
The thinking behind Page Street was to replicate the atmosphere of working in your favorite cafe, without all the things you don't like about working in your favorite cafe.
A year and a half later, I opened Page Street Berkeley. This location I built out from scratch, turning an empty box into a welcoming cafe atmosphere.
Page Street is much more than a co-working space, it's also a community. Members meet for craft groups, have lunch together, toast each other during monthly happy hours, and showcase their writing at our free, public readings. We also get together once a year for a holiday party and a bocce tournament!
